MEMBERSHIP DUES - GENERAL MEMBERS
Membership
dues for each year are based on the member company's aggregate
gross billings from the commercial production industry, including post-production, and including
non-traditional productions, of parent, subsidiaries, and affiliate
companies combined, in the previous calendar year in accordance
with the following schedule.

* Please note that your gross payment remains the same whether you choose to contribute to the AICP PACs or not. The AICP PACs support production-friendly public policy. You may check here____if you choose to not make a 5% contribution to the AICP PACs. Please consult a tax accountant if you have further questions on these matters.
The signer of this application represents to AICP, on behalf of the applicant for membership, that the billing level selected for membership dues is accurate and applicant agrees to submit to AICP upon request written auditor certification of actual gross billings. If you were in business for less than 12 months in the calendar year preceding year date of this application, base your selection of a billing level on the projected gross billings your company would have had for the entire calendar year.
Your membership in the AICP entitles you to notices and other communications which the AICP may decide to distribute from time to time to members in general or to your company specifically. By accepting membership in the AICP, you authorize it to communicate with your company via mail, fax, email, telephone, text messaging or any combination thereof and such other mode(s) as the AICP determines.
Participants in the AICP Contract Legal Initiative acknowledge that AICP has a legitimate interest in evaluating on an aggregate basis the program's benefit to the commercial production industry. For that purpose, your company authorizes and directs the attorney engaged by AICP to conduct the program to send at the AICP's request either to it or to its designated independent compiler, on a confidential basis, certain requested redacted terms of agency production agreements negotiated through the program (such portions to exclude price terms, markup, or other economic or financial terms) and without identifying your Company by name.
As part of this Membership renewal (or initial Membership application process, if applicable) the undersigned approves and agrees to be bound by the AICP Bylaws and all amendments thereto throughout the term of membership in the AICP.
**IF YOU ARE JOINING AS A NEW MEMBER, and if you are joining in April-June, please pay ¾ of this amount. If joining in July-September, please pay ½ of this amount; if joining in October-December, please pay ¼ this amount. If you are already a current AICP member, you must pay the whole amount for 2025, regardless of the month you are paying.
