Before joining The TEAM Companies (now part of Cast & Crew’s Advertising & Short Form Production Division), Rori enjoyed a long and varied career in the agency world, where she initially managed talent and traffic at Lockhart & Pettus and played a key role in the creation of a talent rights tracking database at Uniworld Group. Eventually she became Director of Talent Affairs at Euro RSCG, where her areas of expertise included music licenses, union performer rates & agreements, and talent reuse. Rori has grown TTC's Business Affairs department into one of the largest independent BA teams in the business, staffed with subject matter experts who share insights and experiences internally and leverage that BA think-tank environment to support clients and projects of all types.
