Tabitha Mason-Elliott is an award-winning producer and a partner at Bark Bark, an entertainment company headquartered in Atlanta, GA with offices in New York and Los Angeles.  As conduit and connector and dream manifester, Tabitha has served as the Head of Production for the last 10 years, overseeing the expansion of the company from a branded content studio into a full-service entertainment company. Bark Bark now produces shows for AMC, ESPN+ and Universal Studios as well as documentaries for National Geographic, with several other projects in development.  Additionally, the company produces 360 Promo and key art campaigns + branded content for a full spectrum of clients across networks, agencies and brands. Tabitha’s work has garnered numerous awards including Cannes Lions, Clio Entertainment, Telly’s, Promax and Addy’s.

Tabitha is the Vice Chairwoman of the National Executive Board of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) and serves as the President of the Southeast Chapter of the association. She has spent the three years spearheading the industry’s collective diversity efforts as the Chair of the AICP’s 40+ member Equity and Inclusion Committee shepherding in initiatives such as Double the Line, an extensive mentorship program, DEI Best practices for agencies and assembling a host of resources for the commercial industry to find diverse talent. Tabitha also serves on the Labor Negotiation and Membership Committees.  

As a firm believer in giving back, Tabitha involved in a myriad of pro-social initiatives. She has partnered with the Center for Civil and Human Rights, Change.org, and LGBT Institute to create a platform to support petitions curated by the Center and produced Cannes Lion winning campaigns to stop Human Trafficking. As a commitment to developing a more diverse industry, she helped form an alliance with re:imagine/ATL, a non-profit which facilitates the development of diverse youth talent within the creative industry and continues to advocate for tangible change across the industry.
