AICP Next Awards
The AICP Next Awards recognize outstanding work and the creative forces behind it, but are much more than an Awards competition – Next is a platform for thought leadership and analysis. Each year, the Next Awards honors the finest work across 11 categories: Branded Content & Entertainment; Creative Data; Digital Experiences; Experiential; Influencer; Innovation; Integrated Campaign; Purpose Driven; Real Time Engagement; Social; and Web Film. The Most Next Award - Best of Show - is selected from among the category winners. The winners are announced at the debut of the Next Awards in AICP Week. After going on tour to several artistic and cultural centers around the country, the Next Awards winners are made a part of the archive for the Department of Film at The Museum of Modern Art in New York. All work for the Next categories must be for a client and may be produced and aired globally.
The AICP Show: The Art and Technique of the Commercial and The AICP Next Awards are preserved in The Museum of Modern Art’s Department of Film’s state of the art archives for future generations to study, and are available for use or exhibition by the museum’s curators. All individual works and each year’s shows in their entirety can be viewed exclusively at www.aicpawards.com, the AICP Awards Archive website.
With our creative community facing challenges like we’ve never experienced before, this year we’d like to honor those that managed to overcome those challenges to create and produce great work against all odds.
We invite all entrants to add a brief narrative that describes the unique obstacles faced by your project that otherwise may not be known. Whether it’s what it took to get it going or what it took to actually get it done, we want to hear what you overcame to achieve the work. Work entered in all Next categories will be eligible for the “Against All Odds” Next award.
International entries are eligible in all categories.
