Managing Partner of Frankfurt Kurnit since 2010, Jeffrey A. Greenbaum is one of the country’s leading advertising lawyers. He is a partner in the firm's Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group and has extensive experience representing advertisers, advertising agencies, commercial production companies, and social media and other online platforms on advertising and intellectual property matters. In 2023, Best Lawyers in America named him “Advertising Lawyer of the Year” for the New York metro-area for the third time.

Jeff is also the Chairman of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, Chair of the International Advertising Association’s Public Policy Council, and a member of the Advisory Council of the Institute for Advertising Ethics. He also recently served as Chairman of the jury for the International Council for Advertising Self-Regulation’s Global ICAS Awards.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on advertising issues in the United States and around the world. He has spoken at a number of programs sponsored by the Federal Trade Commission, including, most recently, at the FTC’s “Talking Trash at the FTC: Recycling Claims and the Green Guides” workshop. He also recently presented at the Senate of the Republic in Mexico on social media and artificial intelligence issues. In addition, he has also spoken at conferences and programs sponsored by the National Advertising Division, the Association of National Advertisers, the International Council for Advertising Self-Regulation, the International Advertising Association, the Intellectual Property Owners Association, the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property, the Association of Independent Commercial Producers, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Society of Digital Agencies, and many others.
