AICP issued a set of documents to help companies review their policies and ensure that their production employees are fulfilling compliance obligations on behalf of the company. The AICP National Board of Directors asked the AICP West Regional Board to create a working group to collaborate with the Los Angeles office of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, our General Counsel, on creation of these forms and best practices, which can be viewed HERE.
AICP Staff, Legal Counsel and members of the Committee that created these documents will be at this learning session, offering in-depth analysis of this guidance, as well as to answer your questions.
