Kylie is the Managing Director of the Commercial Incentives Division at TPC, where she leads efforts to educate many of the nation’s top advertisers, agencies, and production companies on capturing and maximizing production incentives. With nearly 10 years of experience with TPC and a background in entertainment, Kylie has helped translate legislation from a film/TV perspective to a commercial one. Advocating for incentive programs across different regions in the U.S. and Canada, Kylie also works closely with film offices to help them understand the advertising industry and how to effectively engage with commercial productions to attract more business to their regions.
