Leslie started her career as a copywriter before working her way up to be US Chief Creative Officer, first for Y&R, then for Ogilvy US and Deloitte Digital NA. Most recently she was Chief Marketing and Creative Officer at Impossible Foods.
Leslie has produced award-winning and business-transforming work for brands of all kinds. From helping the Miss America Organization overhaul and get rid of the bikini, to creating the first national park digital preservation platform for Nature Valley, to inventing the Staples easy button, Leslie’s work has been recognized by every major awards show for both creativity and effectiveness.
Leslie has been named one of the Top 10 CCOs in the US by Adweek, one of Business Insider’s Most Creative Women in Advertising and she was named Advertising Working Mother of the Year. She has also served on many international award show juries including One Show, Grand Effies and the Cannes Lions Titanium, Glass and Film juries.
She is a board member for the One Club for Creativity, and is also a Clemson University Erwin Center board member.
