Eric O. Zeiger, a member of the Firm, has extensive experience advising and representing employers in employment-related matters, including day-to-day compliance, pre-litigation claims, and active lawsuits. Mr. Zeiger has defended employers in all aspects of employment litigation matters ranging from wage and hour class and PAGA actions to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Mr. Zeiger has represented and assisted employers at all stages of the litigation process including responding to pre-litigation administrative claims, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and representing employers at trial or arbitration. Mr. Zeiger also works closely with clients to implement handbook policies and practices that help employers avoid engaging in costly litigation.
As a southern California native, Mr. Zeiger enjoys taking advantage of the weather by visiting the beach and hiking with his wife and daughter. He is also an avid sports fan supporting many of the local Los Angeles teams including the Lakers, Rams, Dodgers, and Kings.
