Director of Portfolio Planning & Analysis

Rob is the Director of Portfolio Planning & Analysis supporting Con Edison’s Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification portfolio of customer incentive programs. Con Edison’s programs will invest $2.1B over the next five years to make NYC and Westchester buildings more efficient and support NY State’s broader clean energy transition. He is responsible for portfolio strategy, regulatory engagement, IT systems, and financial operations. He has been with Con Edison for 11 years and has previously held of increasing responsibility across its clean energy programs.

Prior to Con Edison, Rob worked as a consultant helping industrial companies improve facility operations and the economics of major natural resource capital projects.

Rob holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Rob lives in the Hudson Valley with his family.
