If your company is currently signatory to the 2022-2025 Local 52 Commercial Agreement, you will need to sign the 2025-2028 Consent Agreement and MPIPHP Trust Acceptance. Click here for the 2025-2028 Local 52 signatory documents.
Please submit these signed documents as soon as possible to labor@aicp.com with your company’s name in the subject line and “Local 52 Signatory Documents.” Failure to submit these signatory documents may result in interruptions to your company’s payroll and benefits contributions processes.
For companies that are not currently Local 52 signatories: AICP Membership does not obligate you to become signatory to any union agreement. However, should you decide to become signatory to Local 52, you may sign on at this time by executing and submitting the above-linked documents.
