On Thursday, March 12th, members of the AICP East Chapter gathered for the annual AICP Women’s Forum, presented by the East Board. Celebrating Women’s History Month, this annual event provides an opportunity for networking and connection around an activity. Once again hosted by Honor Society X MacGuffin, guests gathered around tables to learn the finer points of flower arranging from Ron Forbes. Each participant created a fresh flower bouquet while engaging in discussion with peers and friends
Lauren Hertzberg, Managing Partner of Cut + Run and Vice President of the AICP East Board, along with Gloria Pitagorsky, Managing Partner at Heard City, and an East Board member, kicked off the evening, which also included drinks and food from the Honor Society X MacGuffin team. Opening remarks reflected on the importance of community, the power of gathering, and appreciation for those present.
The evening concluded with a raffle, and the winners were: Holle Singer from Consulate won a $100 Gift Certificate to QC Spa, donated by Musicbed|Filmsupply; Ash Townsend from Laird & Good Company won a Bougeouir Candle Stick Holder & Box Candle Tapers, donated by Heard City; Sarah Van Tassel from Big Sky won Jouer Goldluminize Eye Patches, donated by Heard City; Rose Kiefer from Honor Society X MacGuffin won a MoMA Highlights Book and two day passes to The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA); Maddie Echeverria from Laird & Good Company won Seed Essential Vitamins, donated by Heard City; Dana Villarreal of Sound Lounge won a Xinu Perfume Discovery Set, donated by Heard City; and Morgan Levy from Honor Society X MacGuffin won a $200 gift certificate to Nubeluz by José Andrés, donated by Wrapbook.
