The AICP and IATSE have officially reached their first collectively bargained agreement for freelance production department workers in the commercial production industry represented by IATSE Local 111, the Production Workers Guild.

Important Dates 
Agreement Term: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2028 
Effective Date for Terms (rates, penalties, etc.): November 29, 2025

Action Required: Sign the Consent Agreement 
If your company signed the 2022 AICP-IATSE Neutrality Agreement, you must now sign the new PWA Consent Agreement to stay current and compliant.

Not a 2022 Neutrality Signatory? Here’s What to Know 
You are not required to sign the PWA (or CPA). AICP membership does not obligate your company to become signatory to any union agreement. 

However, if you decide to sign after the deadline (December 29, 2025), please be aware: Late signatories will be subject to less favorable terms.
