On November 13, 2025, AICP held a virtual town hall on amending agency purchase orders for post production. Roberta Wolff, Esq. and I gave a presentation addressing agency terms and conditions and post production company issues such as ownership, intermediate materials, cancellation, releases, confidentiality, indemnification, insurance, sales tax, and publicity.
