Over the course of the past couple of months, AICP has held elections for the Regional and National Boards.
The AICP National Board of Directors focuses exclusively on the management of the Association.
On the National Board front, all incumbent AICP General and Associate Directors at Large were re-elected. The General Member at Large Directors returning for a two-year term are: Sally Campbell, Somesuch; Rich Carter, brother; Ralph Laucella, O Positive; David Thorne, Furlined; and Mal Ward, Arts & Sciences. Scott Taylor of Taylor & Taylor was re-elected to a two-year term as an Associate Member Director at Large. The Regional Boards (East; Southeast; Midwest; Southwest; and West) meet to identify and discuss issues of concern to the members on both a National and Regional basis; plan ways to educate and connect with the local membership; and foster a sense of community.
ACP East Board Elections
This year’s East Board elections concluded in October, with incumbents being re-elected. Serving two-year terms as East General Member Diretors are: Sara Eolin, tinygiant; Lauren Hertzberg, Cut + Run; Megan Kelly, Honor Society x MacGuffin; Ralph Laucella, O Positive; and Shelby Ross, Group Thrpy. Medge Ross of The MR Casting joins the East Board as an East Associate Member; while Lezanne De Wet, of NEED Financial was re-elected. Each will serve a two-year term. Shelby Ross and Lauren Hertzberg were re-elected as President and Vice Presdient, respetively. All East Board Members can be found here.
AICP West Board Elections
On the AICP West Board front, Paige Kauffman of Lovesong was elected as a West General Member Director. Re-elected Directors include: LaRue Anderson, Apache Digital; Andrew Colón, SMUGGLER; Marc Marrie, Arts & Sciences; Sean Moody, Biscuit Filmworks; Rich Pring, REVERIE; and James Razzall, Framestore. All West Associate Member Directors were re-elected: Michael Kaliski, Good Planet; Jessie Nagel, Hype; and Jesse Perez, Cast & Crew. AICP Midwest, Southeast and Southwest
New to the Midwest Board are: Christina Anderson, Cutters, Detroit; Dave Buehrle, One at Optimus; and Yvette Cobarrubias, Cosmo Street. The Southeast and Southwest Boards remain the same. To view all, please visit here.
