PWA Signatory Open Period Ending Soon
The open period for signing on to the AICP-IATSE Production Workers’ Agreement (“PWA”) for Local 111 ends on December 29, 2025.
If your company signed the 2022 AICP-IATSE Neutrality Agreement, you have a contractual obligation to sign the new PWA Consent Agreement. Click here to view and sign the PWA Consent Agreement. Please submit this document as soon as possible to labor@aicp.com with your company’s name in the subject line and “PWA Consent Agreement.”
For companies that were not Neutrality Agreement signatories: AICP Membership does not obligate you to become signatory to any union agreement. However, should you decide to become signatory to the PWA, the deadline to sign onto this Agreement is December 29, 2025. If you become signatory at a later date, you will be required to sign a contract with less favorable terms, which is normally given to companies who are not members of the AICP. Click here to view a summary of the less favorable terms.
Companies that are signatories to the IATSE Commercial Production Agreement (“CPA”): You do not have any contractual obligation to become signatory to the PWA. Be advised, however, that the IATSE’s intent is to ensure that companies signatory to the CPA are also signed to the PWA. Again, if you are considering signing onto the PWA, it is in your best interest to do so by December 29, 2025, to obtain the AICP exclusive terms and conditions.
For questions about becoming signatory to the PWA, please contact Ralph Loyola, Labor Relations Manager, ralphl@aicp.com.
