Hailing from the agency world, Jocelyn started out in traffic at Element 79 before expanding her role to include both talent management and production business management. From there she worked as a Talent Manager at Draftfcb, honed her expertise in contracts at TTC’s signatory company Talent Solutions and became the first Head of the Business Affairs & Talent Department at Mother New York, where she worked with celebrities for clients like Burger King and Target. After serving as Director of Business Affairs at Droga5, Jocelyn joined TTC, where her deep understanding of the agency world in combination with her in-depth Business Affairs knowledge made her a key player in TTC’s Business Affairs team.
