Before joining TTC, Rori enjoyed a long and varied career in the agency world, where she initially managed talent and traffic at Lockhart & Pettus and played a key role in the creation of a talent rights tracking database at Uniworld Group. Eventually she became Director of Talent Affairs at Euro RSCG, where her areas of expertise included music licenses, Union performer rates and agreements, and talent reuse. Rori’s unique combination of subject matter expertise and customer-first attitude made her a perfect fit for TTC, where she has grown the Business Affairs Department into an industry leader.
